Here are our inspection services. We provide complete home inspection services according to the Home Inspection Standards of Practice and Code of Ethics.

Residential Property Inspector

Standard Home Inspection:

Our Residential Home Inspection service provides a thorough assessment of all aspects of your home, from the roof to the foundation. We provide detailed reports that cover the condition of all the major components of your home, including the electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems. Our experienced home inspectors are here to help you make an informed decision about your purchase.

Infrared

Infrared Inspection:

Infrared Inspection is an invaluable service that can help uncover hidden issues in a home. It utilizes infrared technology to detect temperature differences in the home, which can indicate the presence of moisture, electrical problems, and even pest infestations. With Infrared Inspection, you can save time and money by finding potential problems before they become costly repairs.

Sewer Scope Inspection

Sewer Scope Inspection:

A sewer scope inspection is not just for older homes! Newly constructed homes sometimes have blockages due to debris in the line or other causes. An inspector certified in this specialized service will use state-of-the-art technology to examine the sewer line from the inside to make sure it is flowing well before you enjoy your first bath. A video recording of the inspection will be available with the report.

Drone for home Inspection

Drone Inspection:

Our Drone Inspection service offers an aerial perspective of your property, allowing for a comprehensive view of the roof, chimney, and other hard-to-reach areas. Utilizing the latest drone technology, our certified inspectors provide detailed and accurate inspection reports you can rely on. With our Drone Inspection service, you can be sure that no detail is overlooked.

Four Point Inspector

4-Point Inspection:

Many insurance companies require a 4-Point Inspection for homeowner’s insurance and renewals for an existing policy on an older home. The “four points” covered in this limited inspection include the four vital systems of the home: the roof, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC. This inspection identifies their components, determines their age, and assesses their overall condition.

wind mitigation

Wind Mitigation Inspection:

Wind mitigation helps limit the amount of wind damage inflicted on a home. Many homeowner's insurance companies offer incentives, such as premium discounts and rebates, for implementing specific protections. And if you’ve already made certain improvements, a Wind Mitigation Inspection can provide the verification you need to receive credits and discounts.

Our Roof Inspection service is designed to give you peace of mind by providing a comprehensive report of the condition and integrity of your roof. With our Roof Inspection service, you can be sure that your roof is in its best condition.

pre-drywall

Pre-Drywall Inspection:

One way to ensure that a house is built according to its specifications is by performing a pre-drywall inspection. “Pre-drywall” refers to a phase during the homebuilding process just after the installation of certain elements – such as the doors, windows, foundation, flooring, wall and roof components, plumbing and electrical rough-in – and right before the drywall is hung. This in-progress or construction-phase inspection is useful because drywall can obscure some aspects of the interior and make identifying or fixing any problems both difficult and expensive, once the new home is completely finished.

Deck Inspection

Deck Inspection:

Our Deck Inspection service ensures your outdoor living space is secure and safe for use. Our certified home inspectors will thoroughly examine the structure of your deck, checking for signs of rot and decay, as well as any other potential safety issues. We'll provide you with a report detailing any necessary repairs or replacements that should be made to ensure your deck is a safe and enjoyable space.

New Construction Inspection

New Construction Inspection:

Our New Construction Inspection service provides a comprehensive evaluation of all aspects of the newly constructed home. We thoroughly examine all parts of the home and that all components are functioning properly. Our experienced inspectors provide detailed and accurate reports to give you peace of mind.

Annual Home Maintenance Inspection

Annual Home Maintenance Inspection:

Our Annual Home Maintenance Inspection service provides a comprehensive review of your home's condition and identifies any potential issues. Our experienced and certified home inspectors will inspect your home from top to bottom to ensure that it is in good condition and functioning properly. We provide a detailed report so that you can plan for any necessary repairs or maintenance.

Chimney Inspector

Chimney & Fireplace Inspection:

A level-one chimney inspection includes a visual check of the fireplace and chimney without any special equipment or climbing up on the roof. The inspector will come to your house with a flashlight; look for damage, obstructions, creosote buildup, and soot; and tell you if the chimney requires sweeping.

Move-In Inspection

Move In Inspection:

Our Move In Inspection service is designed to provide you with a comprehensive overview of your new home before you move in. We will inspect your home from top to bottom, so you can gain peace of mind that your new home is safe and free of any potential issues. Our skilled inspectors will provide you with a detailed report of the findings so you can make an informed decision about your move-in date.
