To maintain their membership in good standing, all InterNACHI-Certified Professional Inspectors CPI® must pass a rigorous Inspector Exam adhere to comprehensive Standards of Practice, uphold a strict Code of Ethics, and complete accredited Continuing Education courses every year.
Our inspectors underwent specialized inspection courses covering both the interior and exterior of homes, focusing on common and major areas of concern for home buyers, just like Professional House Inspection and Pre-Purchase Home Inspection services, such as the foundation, heating and cooling, roof, plumbing, and electrical systems. Meet Anthony Chen
Having more than 10 years of Professional design and construction career in mix-use buildings, and single and multi-families residential structures, we believe that diversified experience and training are essential for building inspection.
A good inspector should be able to understand the building structure and provide clarification and suggestions to the client. We are proud to take the time to address these on every single inspection.
